if your problem is present only since few days then you can use any regular decongestant with antihistamine tablet and decongestant nasal drops for few days as its only due to acute inflammation of user nose. if your symptoms are persisting for long time then you might be having allergic rhinitis, rhinosinusitis, deviated nasal septum etc. you need to consult nearby ENT specialist
