Block nose causes breathing problems and feels weird in my throat and in ears. It also pains sometimes.

Since ear, nose and throat are interconnected you will feel this. Regarding your nose block if it's due to allergy then you need an anti allergent and decongestant. If only nose block, then you can try otrivin nasal spray 2 puffs for 3 to 4 days. Steam inhalation for mild congestion
