Eyes get swollen and red, nose get blocked while sleeping and irritation in nose. Pain in the head while bending head to look down.

Hi I think you are suffering from allergic rhinitis and rhinosinusitis get yourself examined properly by an ent specialist doctor and then take proper treatment accordingly. Regards
