Nose, mouth and throat infection
Hello all,
Here are symptoms. Face got swelled, high fever,. Sever infection for nose, mouth, throat areas. I had consultanted multiple doctors. They said it as acute sinus but not sure because of fever. Fever won't be their for sinus itseems. Please do help on this. Whom to contact, what exactly the problem is.

You seem to be suffering from acute rhinosinusitis which is common type of nose and sinus infection. It can present with fever. You may need to take antibiotics, anti cold medicines and decongestant nasal drops for few days for faster recovery. Steam inhalation is also beneficial
