Nose noise level high in
Every day having a problem with my Nose noise sound at sleeping in the night. When I am full dark sleep at home the noise sound coming from the nose frequently. And that disturbing to every one at home.
Please suggest how I can solve this problem or reduced.

You seem to have a snoring problem ..this usually occurs if your nose is getting blocked during sleep.. So please consult an ENT surgeon to get the needful done.
