Nose piercing
I got a nose piercing done about 3 months ago, but u still hasn't healed completely. Sometimes I see a bump come up with pus filled in it. I am using a mometasone furoate cream which helps subside the bump but not the pain. Could you let me know what has to be done? And also if you could prescribe some antibiotics and cream to heal this completely? And what are the steps to be taken to avoid further infection?
P. S- It is a gold piercing.

remove it.. let the infection subside and heal.. try the piercing again later
