  4. Nose sinus. A cosmetic surgery or what?

Nose sinus
My nose has 2 bulcky spots on the sides And i usually have bulckiness on my upper eyelid and cheeks does this a sinus? Do i need a surgery? I dont feel pain or anything or running nose do i need a cosmetic surgery or what?

Sinuses are air filled cells in facial bones.. your history isn't adequate..need local examination for evaluation.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment.
