Nose throat and chest
Sometimes my right nose blocked and sometimes left, no runny nose. Sometime feels like there is something in the throat and saliva is produced at upper part of mouth also sometime i feel my throat blocked and then brup comes and its alright. Sometimes my chest feels heavy.At night when i sleep it felt like i can't breath. I had taken montek LC and Pan D for 6days and nothing happens. No fever (98.3F my temp) Cough 1-2 time in whole day like kha-kha only. Today my left nose is blocked i breath from the right. I have attached my mouth pic.

Nose block  can be due to non- allergic rhinitis. It can cause phlegm in the throat ( post nasal drip). Heaviness in the chest can be due to GERD ( Reflux). Take decongestant nasal drops, mucolitics and anti Reflux medication.
