Nose woes. Doctor trip tomorrow.
I have had a nosebleed, chronic headaches and a painful lump down the middle of my nose. My left nostril also feels irritated and if I scrunch my nose up, it hurts. Almost like a bruise. But I haven't had any truma. What could this be??

You seem to be having ulceration of the nasal septum which may be infected. Nose picking is the most common cause for this condition. Usually it presents with recurrent bleeding from nose, pain in the nose and sometimes associated headaches. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antibiotic ointment applications
