Nostril feels like it's getting smaller

I have used cocaine in very small amounts on 3 occasions and my right nostril seems to be softer than the left will it become firm again?

It is unlikely that occasional use of narcotics such as cocaine will have any effects on your nose. Chronic regular use is very dangerous and can cause significant problems inside your nose such as atrophic rhinitis, septal perforation etc
