Not able to conceive for
Hey we are good couple aged around 40 we have 2 beautiful daughters aged of 11 and 8 now we are planing to have baby boy, but we are not able to conceive.?

only way to conceive at this age is ivf but for that do baseline investigations like pelvic ultrasound for follicular count, blood test like amh. fsh & estradiol, husband semen analysis. if everything is normal u can go ahead with ivf

first get basic test like AMH and Semen analysis done to know about ovaries and sperm count. it is not possible to plan for baby boy only.
