Not able to conceive
Hi, Am 26 year old. Have been TTC from 9 months.Have got TSH,FSH,LH,Prolactin,Estradiaol,AMH ,Blood Sugar,Uterus Scan done. Everything is normal. My cycle is very regular 28days. I use OPK and get positive on 12-13th day.My husband's Semen analysis was also done. It came out normal.I was asked to take clomid for 6 cycles and duphaston 10mg twice daily from 16th to 26th day. I finished my Clomid course. What should i do next?

hello,
get regular follicular monitoring and have intercourse on alternative days for next three months. If you are stll not able to conceive then visit an ifnertility specialist and get basic fertility investigations done to rule out the cause behind inability to conceive.

Since you are 26 years and have normal AMH, you have time by your side. May take a break from the treatment for a while. Meanwhile have a test done to check if your Fallopian tubes are patent. It is ideal to do Ovulation Monitoring when you are on Clomid. If you still don't conceive, there is a high likelihood that you have what is known as"Unexplained Infertility ". In such a scenario, you may need to take aid of assisted reproductive techniques. Chance of success with Assisted Reproductive Technique in cases of Unexplained Infertility is very high. You should get follicular study by ultrasound.If everything comes out to be normal then you should try to conceive naturally for 3 to 4 months.consult your Gynaecologist if nothing happens.

Hi, give one year time, try naturally, have a timely intercourse. Take folic acid. Relaxation is more important at this stage.I think this is sufficient at this stage.
