I am not able to sleep properly. A deep sound sleep is now a dream for me. This I am suffering for more than a year, but never took it so seriously!
Nowadays I am always feeling drained and exhausted along with a sleepy feel. Even I try to sleep, it gets disturbed by a small sound. And at nights hardly I sleep for an hour or 2 after which I wake up. Then again after long struggle, I fall asleep. But it doesn't last longer or deeper. Entire day I feel to have sleep and because of this I am not able to concentrate on my works! And many time suddenly get it into crying mood! I try to make myself engage so that I can't be sleepy any more but it rarely helps me!
I am doing simple workouts along with good traditional south Indian food habits.
Can you suggest me what can I do to come over these isssue of sleeping!
