Not able to sleep...
I dont get sleep in night till 5 or 6 in morning.tried some low power sleep medicines from local shops but not working. Please advice to get deep and sound sleep.my age is 23, male

sleep can be disturbed due to anxiety. Worrying too much about future. Or thoughts in background about some incidence can contribute to your anxiety. This has a complete treatment plan in CBT and can be very helpful if the action plan is followed. A sleep history questioner can be helpful. Pre assessment is required and then a proper treatment plan for insomnia.

Please don't try self medication that can be dangerous. See a psychiatrist if you plan to take medication. Worrying about sleep will add more oil to the fire of thoughts. So also focus on days when you sleep well. Take support from a psychologist it would be helpful as sleep is required component.
