Not able to while intercourse
Hi Doctor,
I am habituated with Hand masturbation. So while participating in sex I am not able to cum. We want children , got married 9 months before.
Can I try masturbating with hand n when it about to leak if I insert it in her vagina can make her pregnant ? Please give ur suggestion.

Hello, only inserting semen in vagina is not very useful, as proper orgasm is required for forward motility of sperm. Remember sperm has to travel the whole vagina, cervix, uterus and fallopian tubes to fertilize the egg and that too against gravity. So proper sex is required and female orgasm help in forward motility of sperm. So my advise is not to think any alternative and indulges in peoper sex with your wife. Having children and not having secual relationship xould not help you to maintain a longterm relationship with your wife. I advise you to visit my xlinic in Green Park?
