Not comfortable table to take breath
I am very uncomfortable to take breath from 4days. To be mad for proper breath. It's take hardly 18 to 25 second to complete a proper breath which seems air is touching the heart by going into our body and then I feel good. It's happening continue, like when I complete a proper breath, I have to wait for 20 second for comfortable breath. mostly times, I need to breathe through by my mouth. I am also suffering from PCOD.
Plz help me and suggest me, what should I do?
