Not conceiving. Is not able to conceive?

I am 42 male. My wife 35years.she has PCOS problem. Since 3 months, she is taking APCOD sachets, Polysitol od, Normoz, Folmet, tablets regularly. She is taking oviduct NC , already completed 2 cycles. Now her periods are coming every month on 29th day.  My Sperm report on 22 sept 2018 Vol 2 ml, Appearance grayish-white Viscosity normal Liquefaction 30 min spermatozoa quantity 159 conc 318m/ml Progressive 34%non progressive 12.6%, immotile 53.5%  prog + non prog 46.5% Round cell conc 0% Total conc per ejaculate 63.78 Millions This above sperm report  on September 22nd 2018 , 6 months back. With above all information , my wife inspite of oviduct NC tablet  2 cycles completed she is not getting pregnant, her periods regular , why she is not getting pregnant? , 2 cycles of oviduct NC completed already . why she is not able to conceive?
