If the baby is active, gaining weight, don't worry. Continue Breastfeeding till 6 months. No need for ORS

There is no need to give baby ORS. Continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months. If baby is passing urine at least 6 times in 24 hours and is gaining weight adequately, there is no need for anything else.

If your baby ia active , playful and has consistently gaining weight no worries. If there is no proper weight gain, decreae in urine output then you can give 1 or 2 formula feeds also. But don't give any ORS. Later u can start complimentary feeds little early.

You should give only breast milk till 6months.. If your baby is not taking you can express your milk in clean pot and give your expressed milk with spoon after you feed on breast... Just make sure that she is passing urine and playing
Next Steps
