U can given ferrous syrup to your baby as u know that IRON SUPPLEMENTATION
the dose is 2 to 4 mg per kg per day
U have to tell the syrup composition to me then only I can tel u the dose
Because some syrup comes in 5ml=30 mg and some comes in 5ml = 70 mg
And u did not mention the age of your kid
Then only I can tell u the dose.
