Not eating in fever
My kid is 4 year old. He is not eating anything,whenever i give him food or any fruit he just wommits and in his wommiting there is green acid or just water like womiting is there. He is suffering from fever after giving medicine fever gets diminished. My main problem is that why is he not eating anything? Please help me
