Not enjoyment feeling in sex
Sir I can do sex and i have also two child. Since from married (2011) I was not getting enjoyment during sex till today and my semen also outings less quantity and not desire to sex. I am chewing tobacco since from 1997 and alcohol also using sometimes . I am thinking that is it the reason for tobacco and alcohol. And I was suffering from from anxiety and depression till 2012 due to family and money problems. So what can do please suggest me.
