Not getting period
Recently I tested for thyroid and tsh was High 4.34. Then I started having kachnaar guggal on recommendation from ayurvedic doctor. Also I felt slight swelling on neck. Also I got my periods on 1 June and for July I didn't get down till now. Are these issues linked What should I do Please recommend
