It is lactational amenorrhea,,, which is very common in lactating mother
If possibility of pregnancy then check for urine pregnancy test
Otherwise relax. And enjoy motherhood
Hi. When the baby is exclusively breast fed there can be delay in cycles to resume . But You are overweight also please start some excercises in your home only .
In 20 % of women after delivery if exclusive breastfeeding amenorrhea can occurs but if not breastfeeding exclusively menstruation can occur any time even within 6 week of delivery .
Some time ovulation do occur during lactational amenorrhea . Just do a pregnancy test to clear your doubt and consult a gynaecologist
When u r exclusively breast feeding ur baby, u dont ovulate and dont get periods. That is completely ok.
Only concen is, do not have unprotected coital activity thinking No periods - No pregnancy. Because if u ovulate in between then u may conceive unknowingly.
