Not getting periods
I had last periods in 19 September and I had sex on 1st October and then I expected my periods to get on 16 October I am had delayed till today 19 October I want to get sure about my pregnancy. Wants to get consultation whether I am pregnant or not and I am doing exercise regularly and eating jaggery regularly, Drinking coffee. But still there are no symptoms of whether I am pregnant or not.

Do pregnancy test. If negative, wait 7-10 days for periods and then repeat pregnancy test. If you have irregular cycles, take a test after you have passed the longest menstrual cycle you usually have.
