Not getting periods
My periods are irregular.i have done ultrasound it seems I have PCOD as told by doctor.I stopped medicine and doing excercise instead of taking medicine.This time it's been delayed 2 months 5 days..:( :(

Exercise and diet control is a good option for controlling PCOD. If you follow it regularly you may not need medication.
