Hello, at six months of age a baby can able to sit with support only, at 9 months sits without support and at 1 year baby should stand with support and without support for 1 or 2 seconds. Don't force the baby to stand at his 6 months only. If baby is having breast feeding well,,, and gaining weight normally, and other activities are normal don't worry. After completion of 6 months consult pediatrician about complementary foods for baby.
