Not stre if I need to go to clinic
My heart has been beating very fast. I'm a healthy 20 year old, my average resting heart rate is in mid 60s currently is high 80-100 varies every couple minutes. I've been a little dizzy and very shaky. 2 days ago, I coughed and had extreme pain in my chest, but it went away after a couple minutes and hasn't happened again.

Heart rate varies according to your activity, time of the day, underlying condition such as fever, level of hydration and so many things. Undue stress also causes fast beating. Rather then checking heart rate by yourself why don't you have a check up with a doctor if you have any condition like respiratory infection.
