I'm 21 years old male I have puffy nipples and enlarge breast... I do never felt pain in my nipples or chest and I have fat bulge on my back too. I'm not sure what to do, can you help me please

greetings, exercise is better option for it, all is due to the obesity , requesting to follow diet chart and exercise.
