My son 3 years old. He speaks only following words, BABA, AKKA, THATHA THACHI, PAPA DHAA. Is there anything to worry? Is everything normal or has any problem? Plz suggest me.

A formal develoental assessment may be done to allay your fears. Some children have a delay initially which is caughtup later like normal children. Anyways consult a pediatrician or neurologist for developmental assessment.
