Kindly provide the history. There is no history why TSH was tested for you.
TSH is elevated 11.4 .
What is your Free T4 and FreeT3 Level; If both are normal then you are having Subclinical Hypothyroidism. If both FT4 Ft3 low then you have Hypothyroidism.
Recommend to check FT4 Ft3 Ultrasound Thyroid ; If any suspicion of Thyroiditis then antitpo antibodies are to be done.
If symptoms are there with TSH elevated as you have said it is 11.4 and if your FT4 FT3 low ; You would started on Levothyroxine.
