In ultrasound there is written "no evidence of upper dilation of ureter is seen".What does this mean?

If you would have gone for stone pain and got the ultrasound, then the report has not confirmed the stones yet, plain CT scan of KUB region would be required. If it is routine scan, then it says that there is no evidence of obstruction.
