Cant afford prescription insulin so i called walmart pharmacy and they told me i could buy Novolin R OTC. My question is how many units should i start out with if my blood sugar is averaging 321?

The doses of insulin cannot be decided by one single reading of blood sugar. U should better take help of ur treating doctor
