Dr I had an unprotected sex in June of high risk with a gay I m ashemed while doing I got a cut on my penis skin immediately removed and washed it with water after few days I tested hiv negative thn later after a month I was totally afraid and tested again and result was negative thn again after 45 days I tested negative thn later I tested after 114 days and tested negative and now I have infection on my penis and whole body and itching on whole body m totally afraid Plz help me
