NT scan at 14 weeks with 1.7mm results is it valid Im at age 34 at that time(NT) But in june I turned 35 Now im in 17 weeks of pregnancy Will my age changes the value of screening tests

No. Nuchal translucency is test to determine down syndrome. It changes with baby genetics. Late pregnancy has chances of down's. As you are already pregnant,NT done. It won't change further and effect fetal health.
