If NIPT shows high risk then there is something to worry about.
Please get a confirmation test done. That is Amniocentesis.
Contact a fetal medicine expert and follow.
NT NB scan is accurate too but this scan sees only two criterias. And it tells only about risk . It's not a definite test for detecting the problem.
That's why dual or triple marker are mandatory with the scan .
