Hi... noted that he is having pinning sensation and numbness
1. if sugars are uncontrolled...
2. if any thyroid problem
3. if vitamin B12 deficiency
4. If ? Lumbar spondylosis less likley... becuase pinning symptoms would be less..
so need detailed history and examination
