Numbness and tingling

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I m 28yr old female. Having slip disc L3 L4 L5 stage 2. From last 2-3 months my legs (frequently left leg..less in right leg) got numb while using western toilet or even when i sit on chair. Sometimes i feel numbness n tingling in my hands too.. that too more on left side than right I want to ask is numbness and tingling sensation are normal or something to worried
