Numbness + tingling sensation on both arms including fingers slight pain if engaged in daily activities..
Could not feel the things that have been touched or felt like pricking sensation by the fingers sometimes but improved with rest..

This kind of symptoms usually occur mostly due to the compression of the nerves at there origin from the spinal cord in neck. The compression might be due to intervertebral disc or bone spurs or both. Its called as cervical radiculopathy. It warrants a neck x ray , MRI of cervical spine and most importantly a thorough objective assesment by a surgeon . Do consult a surgeon
