Hi. As you say, I can understand that you are going through a difficult phase of your life. Feelings of being a loser may be due to depressed mood and lack of self-confidence. There must be few incidents in your life, recent or early, which have infused these feelings in your mind. Though you have not mentioned any past events or your current  circumstances, but a proper analysis with the help of a professional may give you an understanding about your mental state. Our mind consists of so many feelings and thoughts, that it becomes difficult to know what causes distress. So we are only aware of end-products, like feelings of helplessness, worthlessness etc. So to uncover deeper thoughts you must visit a professional. Second important thought that you are having is of turning into a nymphomaniac. It is normal for any man or a woman to have high sexual desire, sometimes at different stages of life and sometimes constantly. It is possible you think and crave for sex more than usual. This is totally normal, but if it is impacting your other relationships like family, friends, professional, then you must do something to manage this. For women it is not easy to admit and discuss their nymphomaniacal tendencies in open with others. You may be getting depressed because of this also that society would not accept your hypersexual nature. So this constant worry occupies you and may lead feelings of distress. Sex is your major need but dealing with any need may bring conflict if it can't find acceptance among others and faces constant resistance. Problem increases when others come to know about our hypersexual needs and start reacting with disgust or shame. Sex addiction can be managed and dealt with patiently, if addressed with emotional concerns.
