O S A since last few years
I have obstacles sleep apnea what to do sir. Since last few years. The same was identified and confirmed yesterday by the doctor. Shall i go for surgery or any other solutions.

The management of OSA depends on the severity of OSA. That can be determined with a polysomnography and other history.

Please approach a sleep physician... usually it is a pulmonologist who does a sleep study. Surgery is not effective for obstructive sleep apnoea. Pulmonologist shall examine you, take the history and if required he will ask you to get a sleep study done which diagnoses and quantifies sleep apnoea. Depending upon the reports, further steps to be taken.
