Sir, i dont find a tablet strip containing 3 tablets, i think my son might have swallowed on friday but no such symptoms. What will be the cause. Whether need to consult the doctor

What were the tablets of? What was the name?
These basic things you haven't mentioned.
The tablets were open or packed?
Do get the child checked out by a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management. And please stop being careless.
