Once my teacher said that she loves me as if I were her own daughter. Now I feel too much proud of myself and I'm always thinking of the good impression that I have left on her mind.
But recently I learnt that she's going through some difficult times in her family and maybe she's fallen sick.
I've been suffering from Anxiety for several years. Now that I'm not getting her phone-call, I'm having multiple panic attacks everyday. I can't stop thinking of her and can't even sleep or concentrate. Please help.

It is completely ok to empathise with some one you identify and admire with. From your side you could convey your concern and let her know that you are there if she needs any help.
It is only human to feel anxious in this situation but to diagnose it as anxiety or panic disorder is when this continues for more than 1month at least , so severe that it is affecting your personal, social and occupational life.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychiatrist for further evaluation if these problems continue
Hi! It seems you are a very Compassionate person, you are so much concerned about your teacher.Remember we cannot serve from an empty plate, which means you have to take good care of yourself first then only you can offer a helping hand to someone else. You have mentioned you have been suffering from Anxiety from years.Have you consulted a Counselor or any other doctor ?
Next Steps
I would like to recommend to please go and visit a Counselor /therapist for the detailed assessment .
