Dear mam I can imagine it must be quite tough for you, especially when people around you are not able to understand your situation. Excessive concern for cleanliness, being very particular about how things are kept or arranged can occur in mental health problems like obsessive compulsive disorder. OCD is a treatable condition and can be very effectively treated with medications as well as psychological therapy. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand this better and cover to a diagnosis and for further management. I am certain you will benefit from right treatment and support. It's OCD and you need proper treatment as medication and CBT combined. Don't hesitate  and consult nearby Psychiatrist and Clinical Psychologist for full cure. More delay will worsen the problem and reduce the chances to cure it.
