What are the symptoms for Vesicovaginal Fistula and how is it diagnosed? I suffer from vaginismus so could there by any other way of detection where in speculum or tampon could be avoided.

Consult a urologist for cystourthroscopy and a gynaecologist for clinical examination,in medicine many times short cuts does not serve the purpose.
