Occurence of fever upon intake of ABDsus
I gave my 4 yr old daughter with ABD suspension yesterday at 10.30pm.. We observed increase in temperature by 3.00 Am. Gave her P-250 for the temperature to subside. By 6am she woke up saying that motion is coming..by now she is having mild fever.which is less compared to that of the temp she had since 3AM. I searched reason for the sudden fever and came thru that intake of ABD in kuda may cause fever which is a rare side effect due to this medication.
Please advise what to do further. ?

Dear parents,
Wait & watch, if temperature is above 100 degree give paracetamol.
