Odd looking mole
I've noticed it for six months or more, but never got to see it as it's in my back. Looking at it now, it looks worrying, but it's very tiny. It has a darker and rougher area at the center and doesn't look very symmetrical and consistent. Should I see a doctor?

If it is increasing in size color consistency surface or any other rapid changes, definitely consult. If remains unchanged over long periods, it is unnecessary.
