I have an off white tongue which burns when I eat food and a single white sore in the back of the mouth and I smoke rarely, can this be an early sign of cancer ?

Did you have any hot foOd that burnt your mouth or might have burnt your mouth ? If so it’s that ... or it could be an ulcer healing. Could cancer present like this ? Yes . Could it be cancer for you ? Highly unlikely. If it’s persisting for more than 2 weeks then better take An opinion.
