On and off Fever
For two or 3 days I have fever which comes and goes, whenever I take paracetamol the fever disappeares after I sweat a lot but it comes back after 6-7 hours.

If the fever is persisting more than 3 days.better to get a blood routine checkup with the platelet count.
Next Steps
do the blood tests like hb, tc,  dc, esr , platelet count. consult a physician with the blood reports.
Health Tips
Do a Dengue NS1 and Igm Dengue for the patient if the fever persists more than 5 days.

See if u have any symptoms pertaining to respiratory tract infections.. if so better to start on antibiotics under a physician's prescription. And do have a blood work up done
