  4. On baby's back. Apply antifungal cream?

Hello Doc, What is this on baby's back? Please find the attached pic .. It's kind of pimple with many tiny pimples around it. Currently he is on sinarest af drops for cold, saline drops. Shall i apply antifungal cream?

this does not look like a fungal infection but atopic dermatitis. In kids, it is always advisable to do an in-person consultation to have a detailed prescription along with lifestyle management
