On top of pennies some white circles
I have couple of white circles on top of foreplay area and inside the skin of the pennies entrence. Please suggest some medicine. Sample pic attached.

Hello! These seem to be ulcers. I am not sure if you are having pain in them or not. It is best that you consult a venereologist for the same. This looks like either a viral or a bacterial infection. Medicines are available for the same.
